Update
Hi yall! I apologize for not posting lately. Honestly, I just haven't felt up to it. I just had my second round of the new chemo regimen on Tuesday and it's been agreeable this time! The chemo pills made me sick, so we switched to a 46 hour drip from a pump and while it's a bit of a pain to be hooked up for 2 days, it's not that bad. My only problem now is the pain. When we get this tumor shrinking and the pain disappears I will feel normal again! This chemo doesn't make me tired, or effect my blood counts the way the harsher chemo did. No scans scheduled for a while, we're going to give this chemo time to do it's thing. God is still in control! Thank you for your prayers.

We were able to get a diagnoses through testing. She is stage IV Melanoma being treated with "immunotherapy". please email me movinup34@aol.com. ReplyDeleteI follow you each time you post here; i'm worry about you, cause we don't have any news about you.......hope it's not for bad news............if we can have an answer from your family :/
ReplyDeleteWe traveled this road with you.. praying for you..hoping for good news.. and nothing....
ReplyDeleteDo you no longer need our support/prayers?
Just let us know and we can send our thoughts and prayers to someone who needs them.
Anonymous...no need to be unkind. We have no idea what is happening with this young woman and her family at the moment. Be loving and continue to pray for her, no matter how long it might take to get an update. And you know as well as I do that you can pray for as many people as you one to. You don't have to stop praying for one person in order to pray for another. The Lord hears them all. Whitney...continuing to pray for you and your family.
DeleteWhat a terrible thing to say. Does not everyone always need thoughts and prayers? Do you not have the time to say one for one additional soul fighting their way through this life. Please exhibit more kindness for your fellow man.
DeleteAnonymous....REALLY??? I agree with Carole and Janice, except that they were too kind to you. Your statements are RUDE.
DeletePlease don't reply if you cannot use your head. It's NOT all about you.
shocking. let her fight happen with love and peace. this woman, her illness -- they have nothing to do with you and your selfish demands. she has let us in on her journey, but only caring and kindness should be present here.
ReplyDeleteHello, I have not spent much time on my blog as I have been spending most of my time with family and my children and resting. I thank you for your prayers!
DeletePraying for you daily, Whitney. Hope always
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I still have much hope! God bless you :)
